Have been trying to find more information on Michael Dillon; interested in his journey (spiritually and otherwise). I'd never heard of him until Chaz; wishing him hugs and peace in his heart.
If you haven't read the biography, I highly recommend it.
I don't know much more about him than I read in the book. I've done a bit of internet research and he is referenced in some other books that I've read, but the bio is the best.
What's / Who's Chaz?
I'm living in India for a few years, so bnok-shopping generally has to wait until I'm back in the US. Amazon ships to India, but the shipping costs are pretty high.
Chaz is the male identity of Chastity Bono (of Sonny & Cher fame). He released a statement yesterday that he's beginning gender reassignment.
I should keep up more on pop culture. Dang.

I'm a little embarrassed about being the queen of pop culture (cue the high-pitched "stupid girls" squeal) - but I swear, sometimes with the Indian media it seems like I'm either following the politics of India (i.e., watching paint dry) or keeping up with Paris Hilton (sadly, she has just broken up with the most recent boyfriend). As far as the news goes, there's not much of substance here that's very interesting.
I do worry about Chaz, though. He hasn't always seemed like the strongest personality, and he's really going to be in the spotlight during a challenging time. I hope he surrounds himself with good people.
